VERIS Health Systems LLC provides healthcare operations consulting services with awareness of HIPAA and related healthcare privacy and security expectations.

Our Approach

VERIS designs engagements to respect the sensitivity of healthcare information and to support clients in strengthening governance, compliance posture, and operational controls. Unless separately agreed in writing, VERIS does not seek unnecessary access to protected health information (PHI).

Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for their own HIPAA compliance programs, business associate arrangements, and information security controls. Consulting recommendations are intended to support—not replace—client compliance obligations.
